Ella Mae Logan

Ella Mae Logan, 88, of Austin died Jan. 15, 2014 at North Austin Medical Center. She was born Nov. 29, 1925 in La Grange to Christina (Beasley) and Roy Rivers. She was employed as a PRN. She is survived by daughter, Wanda F. Logan-Jones of Austin; sisters, Lovie Lee Scott of La Grange, Ruby Lee Johnson of Houston, and Herman Preston of California; three grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. She was preceeded in death by her husband, parents, two nieces and one nephew. Funeral services were held at New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in La Grange at 2 p.m.

on Saturday, Jan. 25. The Rev. Byron Green officiated. Burial followed in the Little Bethel Church Cemetery in La Grange. Tommy E. Taylor Funeral Home in La Grange was in charge of arrangements.
