Retired Teachers Donate to Flatonia Library

The Fayette County Retired Teachers Association presented a $500 donation to the Flatonia Public Library on Wednesday, Jan. 20., in support of the library’s summer reading program. Fayette County Retired Teachers Association second vice president Jan Jenkins (front, left) presented the check to Flatonia Public Library’s Monday librarian Evelyn Miller (front, right). In attendance were (from left) Wednesday librarian LaVerne Dornak, Thursday librarian Carolyn West, Flatonia Public Library treasurer Judy Syler, Thursday librarian Glenda Mach, Tuesday librarian Jeannette Mann and (not shown) Friday librarian Ellene Williamson.
