Going on vacation often means getting new clothes. If it’s a beach destination, you probably want a new swimsuit and possibly some new shorts, a hat or other warm weather attire.

Traveling used to include a paper map with destinations and routes marked in pencil. My mom would usually be the navigator, while my dad was usually the driver. Today, instead of paper maps, I often rely on a navigation system either in my car or on my phone, specifically Google Maps.

We’ve all received them – phone calls from an unknown number or one you don’t recognize. When it happens on my personal phone, I simply ignore the call. But, when it happens on my business phone, I have to answer.

Going on a vacation as a family is something I always want to do. It is a chance to spend time with your family without the interferences of the outside world.

Going to the doctor is never a joyous occasion. Rarely are you going in for good news (with the exception of pregnancy,) so when I found myself needing to go the doctor again last week, I was not a happy camper.

I have a confession. I sometimes use steroids – but not for the reason many athletes have used them.
I periodically have to take steroids, namely prednisone, for my chronic asthma.
