So Many Memories

Aileen Loehr. Just the name brings memories to so many. For me, the memories start 40 years ago. When my dad purchased The Fayette County Record, he brought my mom and me into the office to meet the staff. The first person we met was Aileen. She sat at the front desk and was the first person to greet everyone who walked through the doors every day. She was our circulation manager and our office supply manager. At that time, Don Hengst was a stockholder in Fayette Publishing Company.
