Fayette County Judge Ed Janecka signed a proclamation from the Dubina KJZT society on Tuesday, June 14, recognizing Flag Day. The KJZT encourages the observance of Flag Day by the public. Pictured with the Judge are Dubina KJZT secretary Willie Mae Kristynik and treasurer Gladys Muras.

The regular meeting of the Court Queen of the Holy Rosary No. 2282 was called to order by Regent Brenda Fietsam on May 9, in the Hostyn dining hall. The meeting was opened with the CDA prayer and pledges to the American and Texas flags. Present were twenty one members.

On Sunday, May 15, The Remnant Church celebrated Pentecost with a special service. The theme for the service was “Unify: In One Accord,” which came from Acts 2:1 where it says, “When the day of Pentecost came, they were all with one accord in one place.”
