First Baptist Church of La Grange is holding a community Easter service at the Sanford Schmid Amphitheater on Easter Sunday, March 27. The church’s sanctuary on College Street only holds about 200 worshipers.

Blessing of the Quilts was held during worship at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church of Shelby on Sunday, March 13. Quilters completed 67 quilts for Lutheran World Relief during the past year.

The Remnant Church in La Grange celebrated its nineteenth anniversary on February 7. The special B.I.G (Bring In God, Bring In Guests, Bring In “Grub”) service featured several interviews led by Associate Pastors Kolbe and Rachel Hill.
