The Schulenburg Lady Horn Volleyball Team has received the 2016-2017 American Volleyball Coaches Association Team Academic Award. It is the fourth Consecutive Year that the Lady Horns have received the honor.

The “challenge” began September 2016 when Master Debra Filla of the La Grange Unifi ed Tae Kwon-Do proposed a special award to all of her students if they aimed high scholastically and maintained all A’s during their entire school year from September 2016 through May 2017.
