Fayetteville’s Braden Rohde brought home a silver medal from the State Track Meet in 1A Boys 300 meter hurdles on Friday, May 12.
Karson Bryan of Happy beat Rohde by just under a second to take the gold medal.

The Lions are the kings of 1A baseball in Fayette County. In a battle between neighboring communities, Fayetteville dominated in their 1A area round playoff series against Round Top-Carmine, sweeping the Cubs 17-0 Wednesday and 13-2 Saturday.
