16 Heart Stents and Still Pedaling

You really have no excuse for not getting up off the coach and doing something amazing. That’s one of the many messages Bob Quick, 53, and his son Conrad, 26, brought with them to La Grange Tuesday in the midst of an  mazing crosscountry cycling trip (benefitting several charities) that’s taking them from San Diego, California, to St. Augustine, Florida.
