Recently Turned 106, Fayette County’s Oldest Resident Still Going Strong

A member of the Fayette County Centenarian Club just celebrated her 106th birthday earlier this month. Albina Huebel has been living at Monument Hill Nursing Center for the past year and a half. She considers it her home, and the staff her family.

She wants everyone to call her “Grandma.” The staff rarely leave her room without being told that she loves them.
