Local Dies in Icy Accident

More than 40 traffic accidents occurred in Fayette County because of the ice last Saturday, but it was an accident in Colorado County that cost a local man his life. According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, on Saturday, Dec. 7, a 

one-vehicle accident occurred on Interstate- 10, two miles east of Columbus at 6:09 p.m.
