Shirley Ann Michael

Shirley Ann Michael, 62, of La Grange, Texas, died Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2013. Shirley was born in Brenham, Texas June 3, 1951, the daughter of Rudolph and Esther (Dippel) Michael. She was employed by Mayer’s Dairy Mart. She is survived by her husband, Frank Tobar; daughter, Sheila Michael and husband, Joshua Cutbirth of Katy. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Harold and Elroy Michael; and sister-inlaw, Allean Pearl Michael. Visitation will be held Friday, Dec. 20, 2013 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Koenig & Strickland Funeral Home. Family will receive friends from 4-8  p.m. Funeral services will be held at Koenig & Strickland Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 21, 2013. Burial will follow at La Grange City Cemetery.
