LG Inspires NYC’s First, Kolache Co.

New York has a special place in its heart for Texas – at Brooklyn Kolache Company. Owned by Autumn Standford, this is the only kolache bakery located in the “Big Apple.” A kolache is a traditional Czech pastry topped with fruit, popular as a  reakfast delicacy among Czech populations in  Central Texas
