Schools Delay While Those Who Went Out Early Friday Found Going Treacherous After Ice Storm

The cold, icy weather that blew into Fayette County late Thursday and early Friday caused numerous accidents, but few serious injuries were reported. In the aftermath of a significant amount of freezing rain in the area, all Fayette County

schools either delayed the start of classes several hours or cancelled things completely Friday in an effort to keep people off the slick roads
