Billy L. Fritz, 84, of Smithville died Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2014. Billy is survived by wife, Millie Fritz; son, Bill Fritz of Smithville; daughter, Gail Draper of Jarrell; son David Elmore of Katy; and by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Billy is preceded in death by his father, Virgil Fritz; mother, Marie Loyce Ryan Fritz; daughter, Amy Lynn Fritz; brother, William Lavon Fritz; and grandson Billy Joe Fritz. Visitation will be Friday, Feb. 14, 2014 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with funeral services at 2  p.m. at Marrs-Jones Funeral Home in Smithville. Interment at Oak Hill Cemetery, Smithville.
