How Other Local Communities Allocate HOT Funds

La Grange city manager Shawn Raborn said his city has a quarterly application process for HOT funds with a maximum

disbursement of $10,000 per applicant. The city council makes the awards based on the applications, but the entities must spend their own money up front and then file for reimbursement in a report on their respective projects.
