Good Season Ahead for Wildflowers

By the end of the first week of March, wildflowers – bluebonnets and paintbrush – were already popping up along the highways and byways of Fayette County, even though rainfall over the previous three months (Dec.-Feb.) was a little less than half the average (4.31 actual vs. 8.82.) Early sightings of black-eyed Susan and Indian blanket have also been reported
