FPP Earns Dubious Ranking Based on its Emissions

A new report by two environmental organizations states that on a list of the 100 dirtiest power plants in the U.S., the LCRA coal-fired Fayette Power Project ranked 37th. (Ninetyeight of the top 100 plants burn coal; the other two use natural gas.)
