Water Wars from the West Likely Won’t Make it Here

Should Fayette County residents be worried that waterdeficient, or potentially waterdeficient, neighbors to the west in Travis, Williamson, Hays and Bexar Counties (and also the LCRA,) have designs on the Carrizo-Wilcox aquifer which underlies part of this and several other Central Texas counties in a broad north-south band?
