Conservative Principles Benefit Everyone

David DeLuca’s column in the April 18 Fayette County Record makes two claims, one explicit and one implicit, that need to be challenged. DeLuca suggests that the (admitted) “conservatism of the electorate is not necessarily reflective of the feelings” of the majority of the population
