From Eye-Sore to Eye-Shop

The former City Grocery on the La Grange courthouse square is gradually being transformed, in an historically accurate way, into new offices for Columbus Optical, now located two buildings away on the corner of Travis and Washington Streets. On Thursday, workers were putting a new roof on the building. George Burton, husband of Columbus Optical  Opthamologist Lori Learned-Burton, is doing most of the work himself
