Vanita J. (Calley) Cain

Vanita J. (Calley) Cain, 75, of Bellaire, died Thursday, April 24, 2014 at East Houston Regional Medical Center in  Houston. Vanita was born in San Saba  County on Jan. 1, 1939, the daughter of Herschel and Mildred (Perry) Calley.

She is survived by daughter, Dana Petersen and husband, Mark of Fort Dodge, Iowa; brother, L.J. Calley of Fayetteville; 

sister, Vivian Hill of Pasadena; one granddaughter, Cody Brock and husband, Ashley of Katy; one great-grandson, Corbin Brock of Katy and numerous loving nephews and nieces. Graveside Services will be held at Plum Grove Cemetery, in Plum at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 29, 2014. Family and friends can view and sign the guestbook online at www.lagrangefunerals.
