The Flat Tax and The Consumption Tax

Taxes seem to be on almost everyone’s mind, if not all the time, at least frequently. Some want governments to collect and spend more money. Some want them to have less money. Almost everyone would rather have the money the government takes and spends come out of other people’s pockets.
