Remenber When?

Three youths who escaped from the Lee County Jail on April 17 were tried in Giddings before District Judge Leslie D. Williams and each sentenced to 35 years in prison. Earlier that same week, when the trio was tried in La Grange on two counts of burglary and one of theft over $50, they each received three five-year concurrent sentences.
