Fire Burns Apartment Complex

The LaFayette Apartments in La Grange was declared a total loss after a massive fire torched the complex Sunday night. The fire began about 9 p.m. The apartments had fallen into disrepair and had been vacant for years, though neighbors

said the area was still frequented by people, especially kids
