Outstanding Guidance Educator

On July 16 in Houston, Kelley Lowes was recognized as the Outstanding Guidance Educator of the Year for the State of Texas by the Career and Technology Association of Texas. CTAT, along with the national organization, Association for Career and Technology Education, recognizes those individuals who have made extraordinary contributions to Career and Technical Education and exemplify the highest standards
