Robert Louis Kocurek

Robert Louis Kocurek has gone home to be with our Heavenly Father on Friday, August 8, 2014. He was born on Sept. 24, 1942 in Hallettsville to Anton and Grace Kocurek, who preceded him in death. He married Fanny Robinson Aug. 17, 1968. She preceded him in death in 2012. Robert was a member of the Masonic Lodge #697 of Kerrville. He worked for Texas School for the Blind for many years. He had many other jobs, but really enjoyed his family at Albertsons and was loved by all. After Albertsons closed, he continued with HEB until he retired. Robert and Fanny had two children, James Robinson of San Antonio and Rachel Conner of Kerrville. He is also survived by three grandchildren, Charles Ray Conner, Samantha Conner and Jess Conner, all of Kerrville. He is survived by two brothers, Franklin Kocurek and John

Kocurek; and two sisters, Margret Grohman and Patsy Starling. Robert was preceded in death by two brothers, Roy  Kocurek and Donald Kocurek; and one sister, Virginia Sealy. The Kocurek Family would like to say “thank you” to Virginia

Kocurek for all her love and special care that she gave Robert in the last months of his life. You made his time easier.
