Ila Sue (Ray) Barnett

Ila Sue (Ray) Barnett, 63, of New Ulm died Friday, Sept. 26, 2014. Sue was born in Farmington, N.M. on Feb. 1, 1951, the 

daughter of L.A. and Joyce Ray. She is survived by her mother, Joyce Ray, of Columbus; son, Gregory Thomas West and  wife, Robyn of Katy; three grandchildren: Graiden, Landon and Tanner West; two step-daughters: Melanie Barnett  Henriksen and husband, Kevin; Mitzi Barnett Miller and husband, Stuart, all of Little Rock, Ark.; three step -grandchildren: Jessica Henriksen, Hayden and Madison Miller; brother, Larry Ray of Oklahoma City, Okla.; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, L.A. Ray; and husband, Ron Barnett. Memorial services were held at West End Baptist Church, 7577 Ernst Parkway in Industry at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 4, 2014. Koenig & Strickland Funeral Home in La Grange was in charge of arrangements
