Organized Chaos

Fayette County and the City of Austin have at least one thing in common. Both are hosts to events which bring in huge 

numbers of people, many of them from elsewhere, for days or weeks at a time. There, it’s the South by Southwest and Austin City Limits music festivals plus UT football games and a lot of other things.
