Santa, Schmeckenfest Bring 1,300 to Downtown LG

The seventh annual Schmeckenfest took place Thursday in La Grange. It featured a myriad of fun activities for the community. The La Grange high school band marched around the square followed by several other floats and parade entries. Organizers said the festival attracted around 1,300 people this year.
