Margaret Marie (Wold) Harrison

Margaret Marie (Wold) Harrison, 87, of La Grange died Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2014 at Monument Hill Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in La Grange. Margaret was born in South Elgin, Ill. on May 13, 1927, the daughter of Joseph and Marie (Rhymes) Wold. She married William Henry Harrison on Oct. 15, 1947. Margaret worked as a Director of Food Service for the medical industry. She was a member of the South Elgin Community United Methodist Church in South Elgin, Ill. She is survived by two daughters: Marcia Bennett of La Grange; Maureen Wildy and husband, Colin, of Arvada, Colo.; brother, Thomas Wold and wife, Imogene, of Florida; grandchildren: Zachary William and Andrew Michael Bennett. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William Harrison; son, Michael William Harrison; and two brothers, Joseph and John Wold. Visitation was held at 10 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 29, 2014 at South Elgin Community United Methodist Church, 400 W. Spring St., South Elgin, Ill. Funeral services followed beginning at 11 a.m. Burial followed at Lakewood Memorial Park Cemetery.
