Beck Steer Tops at Flatonia Livestock Show

Riley Beck won Grand Champion Steer at the Flatonia FFA & 4-H Livestock Show, held Jan. 15-17 at the Carl Smith Pavilion in Flatonia. Beck’s steer brought $7,000 at auction. Buyers were DTW Consulting Services - Scott Vinclarek, Alex Clampitt Dozer & Gravel Service, Harlans Supermarket - Harlan Jochen, Joe & Roxanne Orsak, Flatonia Livestock Commission, Flatonia National Bank, Pilat’s Fencing - Justin Pilat, Doc & Lauren Clampitt, Kleiber Tractor, Milton’s Furniture & Appliances, Jackalope Construction & Aggregates, Balzer Feed Mill, Colorado Valley Telephone Coop., Hengst Printing, The Outhouse Co., and Tiffany & Lee Roy Ott Jr. David and Justin Janecka of J&J Farms donated the buckle award.
