Leroy Johnson

Leroy Johnson, Jr., 68, of Schulenburg died Jan. 28, 2015. Funeral services were held at First Baptist Church in Schuleburg on Feb. 7. Burial followed in the Schulenburg Community Cemetery. He was born on Aug. 4, 1946 in La Grange, the son of L.E. and Leroy Johnson, Sr. He is survived by his mother; son, Lyndon B. and wife Priscilla; two step sons Phillip Alfrido, and Wendon Candrick; two step daughters, Kristie Candrick, and Katina Candrick; five sisters, Erma Williams and husband Morris, Gwendolyn Bouldwin, Janetta McKenzie, Charlotte Johnson, Rhonda Scott and husband Macy; four brothers Larry Johnson, Charles Johnson, Leonard Johnson and wife Marilyn, and Michael Johnson and wife Sandra. He was preceded in death by his wife, father, one sister, and one sister-in-law. Tommy Taylor Funeral Home of La Grange was in charge of arrangements.
