National Lutheran Leaders Gather Here

Camp Lone Star hosted a conference last week put on by the National Lutheran Outdoor Ministry Association (NLOMA), a group comprised of Lutheran-affiliated summer camps. “We believe that outdoors ministry is one of the most effective ways of spreading the Gospel,” said Keith Lund, director of Camp Lone Star and executive director of Lutheran Outdoors Ministry of Texas. Lund said the conference gave Lutheran camp leaders from across the nation the opportunity to discuss issues, challenges and opportunities they face.
