Thumann, Lobos OK After Patrol Car Flips on Wet Road

Fayette County deputy Randy Thumann suffered only minor injuries and his drug-sniffing canine partner Lobos was fine following an accident in which their patrol vehicle flipped several times after hitting standing water on a wet roadway Monday morning. About 10:30 a.m., the Schulenburg fire department got called out to a wreck on US-77 near Dittrich Road, between Schulenburg and Swiss Alp.
