David Anthony Collins

David Anthony Collins, 59, died March 24, 2015. David was born Nov. 2, 1955. He grew up in La Grange and attended the La Grange schools graduating in 1974. He later attended Blinn Collegeand received an Associate Degree in 1976. David went to work in the plumbing trade and did commercial installations in La Grange, Katy, Columbus, Port Alto, and several other surrounding cities. David changed his career path and began ultra high purity piping installations for the semiconductor industry in Austin, Dallas, Plano, San Antonio, Salt Lake City, Utah, Fishkill, New York, San Diego, Calif., Colorado Springs, Colo, Manassas, Va., Richmond, Va., and many others. David was preceded in death by his mother Joan Collins, father George Collins, brother Jimmy Collins. He is survived by his sons, James and wife Tania and grandchildren Trinity, Brittney, and Troy and also son Michael and wife Tina and granddaughter Kaleigh and also three great grandchildren Aubrey, Madison, and Jayden. David also had two surviving sisters, Diane Murray and husband Don of Montgomery. and Jerry Crumpler and husband Don of Houston and also a surviving brother Dennis and wife Stephanie of La Grange. avid had many nieces, nephews, aunts, Uncles and lots of friends. Everyone will miss him dearly. He was a kind, caring soul.
