Lightning Monday Sparks Oil Tank Fire

Lightning struck a large oil storage tank outside La Grange Monday morning and ignited a fire. La Grange volunteer firefighters were called out at 6:12 a.m. Monday to 4816 FM 2145 to the Willie Taylor estate, where the center tank of three oil storage tanks owned by Entervest Operations LLC was on fire.
