One Last Mother’s Day

The Fayette County Record Mother’s Day for most of us is a day we honor our mothers and grandmothers. For us it’s usually more like a Mother’s Day weekend. We generally spend time with family at more than one location. Well, that’s what we planned to do this past Mother’s Day, and we did. Things just didn’t turn out the way we had planned for them to.You see, we had a very busy weekend planned. Two of my daughters were graduating from college – one with a Master’s degree and one with a Bachelor’s degree; one in Austin, and one in Seguin; one at 4 7 p.m.
