First Murder Trail Here in Years Begins This Week

The murder trial of former Weimar High School standout football player Ja’Kyle Harris began Monday, June 1, in the Fayette County Courthouse in La Grange. Harris stands accused of
first degree murder for the shooting death of 19-year-old Dustin Donovan Smith of New Ulm.
