Harold Dean Hutson

Harold Dean Hutson, 83, of Blue, Texas, died Monday, June 1, 2015 at his residence. Harold was born on Oct. 27, 1931 in Blue, Texas to Forrest Munson Hutson and Bertha Lee (Oppelt) Hutson. He married Ruth Fenwick on Sept. 30, 1960 in Ballinger. Harold was a hardworking, honest man. He lived for his family. He cherished every moment he had with his wife, daughters and grandkids. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, June 4, 2015 at First Baptist Church in Lexington. Pastor Chris Bruce officiated. Burial immediately followed in the Burns cemetery. Harold is survived by his wife, Ruth Hutson of Blue; four daughters, Debbie Nuckols, Judy Griffith, Deana Read and husband Dale, and Lisa Simpson and husband Troy; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren;one brother, Guy Hutson and wife Carolyn; sisters in law, Kathy Spencer and husband Richard, and Evon Hutson; nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Giddings was in charge of arrangements.
