Edward “Eddie” Willie Zoch

Edward “Eddie” Willie Zoch, 84, of Giddings and formerly of Sugar Land, died June 8, 2015 in Giddings. He was born on Aug. 12, 1930 in Winchester to Wilham “Willie” and Amanda (Mitsche) Zoch. Eddie honorably served our country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a machinist for W.K.M. for 30 years, retiring in 1995. Funeral services for Eddie Zoch, 84 of Giddings, were held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 13,2015 at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Giddings with Rev. Robert Tiner officiating. Graveside services with military honors were held at 3 p.m. at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg with Rev. Ken Sinclair officiating. Survivors include son, Glenn Ray Zoch; daughter, Carol Diane Russell and husband, Wayne; sisters, Eleanor Berger and husband, Marvin, Evelyn Kaiser and husband, Elton, and Madeline Faske and husband, Leroy; along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends. Memorial contributions may be made in Eddie’s name to the charity of your choice. Phillips & Luck ey Funeral Home in Giddings was in charge of arrangements.
