La Grange’s Annabelle Combs Fights Rare Disease

August is Spinal Muscle Atrophy (SMA) Awareness Month, and a local family stricken with the disease is bringing that awareness close to home. Three-month-old Annabelle Combs of La Grange was recently diagnosed with SMA, a progressive genetic disorder that weakens the muscles and eventually results in death.
