Fayette Co. JP Named in Lottery-Rigging Complaint

Fayette County Justice of the peace Tommy Tipton has been named in a new criminal complaint connected to a lottery- rigging scandal spanning several states. No charges have been filed against Tipton and he has denied any wrongdoing.
