Schulenburg McDonald’s Closed

Folks in Schulenburg have to take a drive now if they want a Big Mac. The McDonald’s Restaurant in Schulenburg closed permanently on Tuesday, October 20. In an interview on Wednesday, owner Kevin Moore said he and the McDonald’s Corporation decided to close the location due to the close proximity of newer McDonald’s locations in Weimar and Flatonia, which competed with the Schulenburg location for business and employees.
