Inspection Report Details How a Rodent Infestation Hastened Eatery’s Closure

As it turns out, competition wasn’t the only reason why the Schulenburg McDonald’s closed down last week. The Record obtained the restaurant’s most recent inspection report from the Texas Department of State Health Services, which recommended an immediate shutdown due to an “eminent health hazard.”
