Headed to State CC Meet
Derek Bertsch, senior, and Stephanie Madden, freshman, at Fayetteville High School have advanced to the UIL Cross Country State Championship to be held on November 7 at Old Settler’s Park, Round Rock. Derek and Stephanie qualified at the regional cross country meet held at Texas A&M—Corpus Christi, TX on October 26. Derek finished 9th overall with a time of 19:12 in 5K race.
