Retired DA Raises More Questions about Tipton’s Time in Office

Fayette County Commissioners Court unanimously voted Monday to appoint Richard “Dick” Frenzel as interim Precinct 3 Justice of the Peace. Frenzel will hold the position until voters chose a replacement for former JP Tommy Tipton, who announced his retirement at the beginning of this month.
