Vacations: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

Vacation – a period of suspension of work, study, or other activity, usually for rest, recreation, or travel; recess or holiday. (dictionary. com) The problem with most vacations is that you (1) have to return to reality and (2) often need some time to recuperate after you return. At least that was my experience this past weekend. I think my “vacation” encompassed almost all of the parts of the above definition – and all in a matter of four days.
