WACA Elects New Officers

The Winchester Area Civic Association (WACA) meet and elected new officers for the year on Monday, Jan. 4. They are as follows: President-Margaret Atkins, Vice-President-Dorothy Loewe, Secretary-Barbara Schaefer; and Treasurer-Linda Hart.
