Speedboat Becomes Speedbump

By H.H. HOWZE Tuesday about 9 p.m. a speedboat fell off a trailer on Texas 71 near Oviedo Dodge and was struck by a following vehicle.

A 2005 BMW SUV driven by Raymond Morris, 47, of Austin was trailering a boat which fell off its trailer and was struck a glancing blow by a 2016 Dodge Charger driven by Deborah Kirtland, 59, also of Austin. 

There were no injuries except to the boat, the Charger and the pride of whomever failed to secure the boat safely.
